Esquire Cleaners began in 1960 as a single dry cleaning counter in Kurla West, started with a simple promise — to treat every customer's clothing with the same care we'd give our own. In a city that moves fast, that promise has stayed constant for over six decades.
What started as one shop has grown, slowly and carefully, into a name that generations of Mumbai families have trusted with their sarees, suits, curtains and more. We didn't grow by cutting corners — we grew because people kept coming back.
Today, Esquire Cleaners operates four of its own stores across Kurla, Malad and Sion, and proudly manages two partner stores — Kamal Dry Cleaners in Chembur and Prashant Power Laundry in Nerul — extending the same standard of care to even more Mumbai homes.

1960
Esquire Cleaners opens its first store in Kurla West, offering dry cleaning to the local community.
1980s–90s
Word of mouth carries Esquire across generations of Kurla families; a second Kurla West store opens near Halav Pool.
2000s
Esquire Cleaners expands beyond Kurla, opening stores in Malad West and Sion East to serve more of Mumbai.
2010s
We broaden our services beyond garments — sofas, carpets, curtains, soft toys and bags join the Esquire care list.
Today
Esquire Cleaners proudly manages Kamal Dry Cleaners (Chembur) and Prashant Power Laundry (Nerul), bringing our standard of care to even more Mumbai homes.
